The company, whose origins go back several generations, created the world's first carbon-neutral distillery and have always been at the forefront of pioneering spirits. Patrón Añejo is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged in a combination of French oak, Hungarian oak and used American whiskey barrels. Plantation's take on a classic overproof rum, with a combination of Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados rums bottled at 69% ABV. Seven rum-obsessed guys pitched in on this marathon experiment to define the key elements of an overproof rum. Alexandre Gabriel and his team developed over 1000 samples to try, and the crew came together to pick their favourite foundation for the perfect rum cocktail. They knew they'd found a winner when one exclaimed "Oh f*** that's delicious!", but OFTD officially stands for Old Fashioned Traditional Dark, but the fabled "rum brothers" know the true secrets behind this unique recipe.

Plantation Rum Isle of Fiji is made with Fijian sugarcane that thrives in this terroir's volcanic soil and some of the purest waters on earth. All this sugarcane is cut by hand using traditional techniques, then turned to molasses at the local mill in Lautoka. This ode to the beauty and traditions of the Fiji Islands is double-aged: first in Fiji in ex-bourbon casks, then travelling by sea (what they like to call "dynamic ageing") before arriving in France for the second stage of the double ageing process. This creates warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins and a rich, round finish.

Our Port Charlotte Islay Barley expressions are a direct embodiment of everything an Islay whisky can and should be.
