KI NO BI (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. This gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.

KI NO BI SEI is made with the same intricate production method as the original KI NO BI; using 11 botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

This classic London Dry Gin is distilled with spring water from the Warner's farm and eleven botanicals, including cardamom and hedgerow elderflower. Elegantly balanced with juniper and spice, this epic gin won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition before its launch in June 2019.
