Like a rockstar with a day job, this Session Pale Ale keeps its hoppy flavour blaring, but cuts the alcohol content in half. This brew definitely gets its fans cheering. Mid strength and full-on flavour are the things that make this creation sing. Mid Vicious is the little brother to the Mac's pale ale family.

A Mac's take on the NEIPA (New England-style IPA), brewed to be lower in bitterness than traditional IPAs, but still very generously hopped, both in the brewhouse and dry-hopped in fermentation, with an emphasis on producing juicy, tropical fruit flavours. The large amount of dry-hopping is also what gives the beer its hazy appearance. And at 5.2% ABV it makes for a very sessionable brew.

Mac's Slim Hazy is a Hazy IPA brewed to be low in carbs but still full in flavour. Slim Hazy uses Citra and Simcoe hops in the brewhouse and again for dry-hopping, this gives the beer both the right level of bitterness as well as up-front flavour and aroma. Mac's Slim Hazy has notes of passionfruit, pine and stone fruit. Overall, an easy drinking, very session-able IPA.

Mac's TOO EASY is a JUICY Hazy Pale Ale brewed to be BIG and JUICY in flavour but to be exceptionally smooth and EASY drinking.

Aromas of ripe melon and peach abound with butterscotch and fig notes. The palate is rich, with ripe fruits, showcasing peach flavours and an inherent creaminess, and a lingering bright finish.

This full-bodied wine is packed with fruity notes, earthy undertones and soft tannin. Brooding, complex nose with hints of plums and blackberries. On the palate light mocha and rich full berry flavours. The wine has good concentration with a smooth finish. Enjoy with meat, cheese platter or tapas.

The Pinot Gris is a pale straw colour with a hint of gold. A fragrant wine with jasmine, almond and pear notes. Palate is full-bodied wine with spice, pear, fig and honeysuckle favours.
