Take the Massive Punch of the Brightest and Loudest Flavours from Gladiator Malt, Peacherine, Mega Motueka and Zythos hops and add a Brut enzyme to dry it out. This both highlights the hops and leans out the sugar content. Think more punch, more flavours, less carbs.
