Displaying an aroma of ripe blackberry, mint and violets, complemented by subtle cedary oak notes. The palate exhibits intense cassis and dark cherry flavours with hints of herbaceous/briary fruit, all enhanced by firm tannins and perfectly integrated French and American oak maturation.

Vibrant green in colour, the nose is fresh with lime juice cordial, white peach and hints of subtle creamy French oak. The palate is crisp and fresh, lime and honey dew melon linger, intertwined with well integrated oak and defined acidity that gives structure and length.

This wildly popular premium Rosé comes from the South of France and has been crafted in partnership with a family estate from Provence, Sarah Jessica Parker and Invivo. The nose is expansive, complex and elegant. Guava, orange blossom and lime zest combine to give a lifted yet refined aromatic experience. The wine begins broadly in the palate, seeking all available taste buds, and then expands further with notes of passion fruit, ripe pepper and candied lemon rind throughout the mouthfeel. Texturally the wine is full boded with accompanied by sublime acidity that counterpoints the abundance of complex flavours. Superb on its own or with your own choice of cuisine.

Deep ruby red in colour with aromas of black cherries, subtle coffee crème, redcurrants and dark plums. The palate is intense and immediately mouth-filling with sweet plums and toasty notes. This Squealing Pig Prosecco is light and refreshing with a delicate sparkling bead. With fresh aromas of pear and a hint of lemon this wine is mouth wateringly good, perfectly crisp with a zesty finish.

A snout-smackingly good, weighty and crisp Chardonnay, with flavours of citrus, nectarine and pineapple and a lovely toasty finish.
