Crisp and clean this is our most successful vintage of Sauvignon blanc and is perfectly suited to the local Te Matuku Oysters which are farmed close to Man O' War, or similarly the abundant seafood that thrive in the surrounding coastal waters.

Pinot gris for the Exiled comes from the St Helena clone of Pinot gris and is grown on both Waiheke and Ponui Islands. The wines are chilled to below zero to stop the fermentation before blending, the blend is held at low temperatures in the cellar until bottling to retain as much of the natural carbon dioxide as possible.

Classical in its fresh herb, lime cordial and passionfruit seed with a coastal element of weathered rock and salt spray. The palate is linear and textured finishing dry and salivating. Picking early has not only captured the classic herbal notes of the variety but has allowed for the vibrant acid profile to be balanced by the concentration from low yields, a hint of barrel weight and a touch of residual sugar retained from the fermentation.

The Valhalla has a wealth of ripe aromas; nectarine and grapefruit with complex layers of baking bread, cashew and flinty reductive elements. Rich and fulsome on the palate, with a spine of acidity harmoniously interwoven with richness and a ripe citrus finish.

A rich and creamy Gisborne favourite, bursting with ripe peach and melon flavours complemented by subtle butterscotch and fig notes. Its smooth texture and balanced finish make it a perfect match for seafood, chicken, veal, and light cheeses.

A soft and voluptuous full-bodied white wine that opens with a pale straw colour and a fragrant bouquet of jasmine, almond, and pear. The textural palate is richly concentrated with complex notes of spice, pear, fig, and honeysuckle, all perfectly balanced by a lovely acidity that leads to a crisp, dry finish. A fruity, vibrant, and refreshing rosé with a lovely light peach-salmon colour. Aromas of fresh strawberry, cherries, and delicate floral notes lead into a palate of ripe strawberry and watermelon, complemented by subtle creamy notes and a crisp, dry finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with summer salads, fresh seafood, and other light seasonal dishes.

On the palate, it delivers a refreshing blend of melon, stone fruit, and delicate passionfruit, culminating in a richness and fullness unique to high-quality Sauvignon Blanc. This lively wine is the perfect match for fresh summer salads, seafood, and white meats.

Pale straw with lime green hints. A classic rich Chardonnay nose with aromas of ripe stone fruits and poached pears combined with hints of biscuit and toasted almonds from barrel maturation. A warm rich palate with luscious stone fruit flavours, great texture and power, yet finishes clean and crisp.

This wine is light and fresh with natural fruit sweetness. It features a wonderful mix of pineapple and floral flavours which make it the perfect wine as an aperitif or combined fresh fruit, summer salads or Thai food.

100% of the fruit for this Chardonnay came from McManis' very own River Junction AVA, located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers. Light golden straw in color with bright fruit aromas of pear, melon, and peach. The palate is driven by notes of stone-fruit, banana, vanilla, and a hint of buttered popcorn. Rich and decadent, this Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or with a delicious meal.
